Grupa ist ein Designstudio aus Kroatien mit Sitz in der Hauptstadt Zagreb. Die Beleuchtungsmarke hat sich von einem erfolgreichen, preisgekrönten Designstudio, das jahrelang viele schöne Designs für andere Unternehmen produziert hat, zu einer eigenen Beleuchtungskollektion entwickelt. Damit ist Grupa heute eines der wenigen wirklich unabhängigen Designstudios. Über Grupa
Das Designstudio Grupa wurde 2006 von den drei Designern der Marke gegründet – Filip Despot, Ivana Pavić und Tihana Taraba. Im Laufe der Zeit entwickelte sich Grupa zu einer anerkannten Designmarke für seine Arbeit im Produkt- und Innendesign und arbeitet mit Herstellern und Architekten aus Kroatien und dem Ausland zusammen. Ihre Vielseitigkeit und ihr minimalistischer Ansatz brachten ihnen Lob ein.
Im Jahr 2012 erreichte Grupa einen bedeutenden Meilenstein, indem sie sich in die Herstellung wagte und ihre eigene Linie von Beleuchtungsprodukten einführte, die ihre Designphilosophie, ihr Erbe und die verfeinerten traditionellen handgefertigten Techniken vereint von lokalen Handwerkern. Dieser Schritt markierte eine Abkehr von ihrer herkömmlichen Designrolle. Seitdem konzentriert sich das Unternehmen auf die Entwicklung innovativer Beleuchtungsprodukte, die vor Ort in Kroatien hergestellt werden.
In einer von Automatisierung und Massenproduktion dominierten Welt entschied sich Grupa für den handgefertigten Ansatz, um eine beispiellose Qualität ihres Endprodukts zu gewährleisten. Erfahrene Handwerker bearbeiten jedes Stück akribisch, biegen, bemalen, montieren und prüfen streng die Qualität. Handwerkskunst ist somit ein integraler Aspekt des Produkts, der sich in seinen fühlbaren und sichtbaren Merkmalen zeigt. Alle Grupa-Produkte werden in Kroatien produziert und montiert, größtenteils in einer renommierten Leuchtenfabrik, die seit 1960 in Betrieb ist. Mit über sechs Jahrzehnten Erfahrung in der Leuchtenindustrie sind die außergewöhnliche Handwerkskunst und die unbezahlbare Tradition der Fabrik das Ergebnis in Produkten, die bei Kunden und Anwendern weltweite Anerkennung gefunden haben.
Obwohl die Marke erst 2012 gegründet wurde, hat Grupa bereits einige der bekanntesten Designs in der Beleuchtungsbranche entworfen. Die beliebteste Kollektion von Grupa ist zweifellos die Arigato-Produktreihe, die in verschiedenen Konfigurationen erhältlich ist – als Pendelleuchte, mehrere Deckenlampen , Stehlampen, Wandleuchten und Tischleuchten.
