Kateřina Handlová ist eine tschechische Designerin, die für ihren innovativen Ansatz in der Glaskunst bekannt ist. Als Absolventin des Glasateliers an der Akademie für Kunst, Architektur und Design in Prag verbindet sie geschickt Glas mit Materialien wie Leder, Seilen und Porzellan und schafft Werke, die ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen und ihre Faszination für Haute Couture widerspiegeln. Handlovás Arbeit zeichnet sich durch sorgfältige Handwerkskunst und eine einzigartige Ästhetik aus, die traditionelle Glasherstellung mit zeitgenössischem Design verbindet. Im Jahr 2022 wurde sie zur Art Director bei Rückl, einer renommierten tschechischen Glashütte, ernannt, wo sie weiterhin die Entwicklung des modernen tschechischen Kristalldesigns prägt.
