Mattias Ståhlbom
Mattias Ståhlbom, born in 1971 in Norrköping, is a Swedish designer known for his innovative and distinctive approach to design. Currently based in the vibrant Södermalm district of Stockholm, he established his own design and architecture studio in 2002. Ståhlbom studied Interior Architecture and Furniture Design at Stockholm’s prestigious University College of Arts, Crafts, and Design. With a portfolio that spans furniture, lighting, and kitchenware, he has collaborated with numerous acclaimed Swedish brands and gained international experience in New York. His fresh and unique perspective has earned him several honors, including the “Young Design” award. Ståhlbom’s work has been featured in exhibitions and major design events worldwide. His products have been showcased at iconic fairs like “Swedish Style” in Tokyo, the Furniture Fair in Milan, and the Design Fair in Seoul, cementing his status as a designer who merges functionality with striking, contemporary aesthetics.
